This is our process:

I. Book the date.

Okay, so you’re ready to book with me, yay! I have a form with all of the basic information I need from you to begin the scheduling process under the ‘Connect with me’ tab. Once you fill that out, I will connect with you. During scheduling, we will chat about the following:

  • Date, time, and location. I travel up to 30 miles from home - Mt Ayr.
  • Desired outcome for photos. If you have a Pinterest board of images, I would love to see it!
  • Set clear expectations on how sessions work to make sure we are all on the same page. This would be a great time to bring up any other important details I would need to know to help our session flow smoothly!
  • Retainer. This is when I will send your 50% Non-refundable retainer. I allow up to 24 hours for the retainer to be paid - it must be paid to secure your session. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.

II. Take photos.

It’s session day! We will meet up at the location we established during booking. I love to discuss our plan of action in the beginning and then get right into it! Most sessions last 20-60 minutes.

III. Deliver memories.

You will receive Sneak Peeks by the morning following your session. Your full gallery will be delivered to you within 7 days, unless discussed differently. You will receive a full gallery via email that you will be able to download to your device. You and your family will have full print release for all photos.
